Starting HomeSource

Welcome to the HomeSource GPS blog. We are very excited about our product and await the launch which we hope will be before the end of this month!

I personally have dabbled in the real estate game and had some ups and downs. At the time I was buying, flipping and selling in Edmonton, properties were moving at a record pace and for record prices. I had great REALTORS and they helped a great deal in finding me properties that suited what I was trying to do. Often though, we would run out of things to look at or I would end up with a stack of printed off listings to thumb through and then tell my REALTOR what I wanted to look at. After a lot of hours and changes in the market I decided to get out of the flipping game and try something new.

I was fortunate enough to get a good job with guys who had the know how to create a product like HomeSource GPS. Through all of our experiences and know how HomeSource GPS was born and we couldn't be more excited about its potential to greatly assist the real estate industry.

So far, the response to the product has been outstanding. We would like to thank Mike Melnychuk with Century 21 A.L.L. Stars and Sam Hachem with ReMax Accord for being our go to guys in the real estate industry. They knowledge and willingness to help has been invaluable in the process of making HomeSource a reality. I have known both men for a number of years and would highly recommend either of them for all of your real estate needs. Sam will in fact have a new book coming out this month (June 2009) called Real Estate Simplified. I'm excited for its release and I know it will provide essential information for the home buyer and real estate professional alike!
